Job Description  SpadeWorx is seeking an Internet Marketing Associate to join the Business Development team. This individual will measure, coordinate and implement online marketing programs that build market eminence, strengthen SpadeWorx brand and support business development. 

Responsibilities: 
• Lead generation using Social Media platforms such as Linked In, various Blogs, RSS feeds and general Internet based research 
o Usage of appropriate tools and continuous evolution of tools and techniques 
o Responsible for designing and driving customer ‘reach-out’ initiatives such as Newsletter, Publishing Articles, Publishing Blogs – Video - Webinars on the internet 
o Use email / newsletter / Customer Surveys campaign tracking information, analysis and research to improve campaign impact 
• Tracking and measuring effectiveness of all above initiatives, techniques and making necessary improvements wherever required 
    
Salary 5-8L
Candidate Profile  Skills: 
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing 
• 2+ years of experience with implementing ‘Internet Marketing’ for a medium to large size company 
• Hands on experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Blog bridge, Sales View 
• Excellent written and verbal Communication 
• 1+ years of Web Analytics / SEO / SEM experience 
• Excellent data mining & data analysis skills; knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms & methods 
• Basic understanding of web design (CSS & HTML), and how it affects SEO. 
• Experience with Link Building, XML Sitemaps, Google Analytics, PPC, Omniture & WebTrends tools 
• Experience with optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns through ad copy, campaign structure, geo targeting, keyword, match type, and landing page optimization 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel required
