Job Description

Job Responsibility includes:

 

1.       High Level interactions with clients during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat & new business

 

2.       Analysis of client’s requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis.

 

3.       Develop strategies for revenue generation and retention of customers in a demarcated territory.

 

4.       Penetrate new accounts, convert competition revenues and retain market share in the demarcated territory

 

5.       Achieve targets by managing existing business revenues and generate new customer acquisitions.

 

6.       Build and maintain good relations through regular interface with all identified customers.

 

7.        Work closely with the operation and customer service teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
