Currently we are looking for Ad Sales Professionals at Senior and Middle Management Level. The job description is as follows:
    
Experience 3-5 Years
Job Description New Business Development:
Identify & develop relationship with clients to develop & sales initiatives.
Developing new channels of business to maximize growth, concurrently retaining existing business.
Generate leads through public and personal network and integrate the same in designing sales strategies
 
Sales Strategies:
Generating advertising revenue from corporates and advertising agencies, media buyers, channels etc for all the portals.
Focus on developing and managing business to achieve and enhance corporate sales, revenue and profit targets in existing / new accounts
Maintaining Consistency in revenue generation and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. 
Meeting Revenue and Client Sold targets through Business development and tactical sales activities.
Planning for the overall strategies pertaining to business development.
Responsible for sales of online inventory
 
Team Management:
Leading, managing, and mentoring the sales team.
Guiding the sales executives and motivating them to achieve targets.
 
Sales MIS and Documentation:
-          Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to track the sales activities
    
Candidate Profile

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE - Must have prior experience in selling of Print space in newspapers/magazine, Radio spots to corporate on radio, TV spots to clients and agencies.

QUALIFICATION -Bachelors Degree in any stream min.

TARGET INDUSTRIES  -Advertising Agencies, Media house.
 
COMPETENCIES
Technical  :Strong interpersonal and communication skills -both verbal & written. Extensive Networking and negotiation Skills.
 
Behavioral :Customer Service Orientation Presentation skills.
