Job Description - Managing fund flow, debts etc. monitoring cash / fund flow statements.

- Reporting and accounting and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.

- Statutory compliances of various laws, statutes, regulations etc. in the transactions by the organization.

- Regular monthly reporting, statutory reporting, budgeting forecasting .

- Finalization of accounts

- Assisting in producing annual budgets.

- Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved. 
    
Salary 8-12L
Candidate Profile  - Enhancement of the existing processes, streamlining the year end accounting process and enhancing the production of quarterly results.
- Qualification with strong technical accounting capabilities & good knowledge of accounts in the distribution related sectors.
- Strong systems & excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills
